Can someone pls advise whose responsibility it is to notify a Body Corporate of a change of ownership? I assumed it was something our solicitor would do however have just received notification of overdue fees and interest on arrears. (We have a few units and I should not have let this one slip through unnoticed and unpaid.)
    Thanks

As far as I’m aware it is normally the solicitor/ settlement agent that does this. Well, that’s what happened in my case anyway.
