    Hi

    looking at some units some questions

    1. what percentage of the rental should body corporate, agents commision,electricity, contents insurance – 39.96% too high? only other expenses building insurance and morgage payments

    2. from feb-nov there is a select community rented to, currently 100% tenanted with a waiting list with supposedly more names than rooms avaiable nov to feb anyone can rent or stay
    is this a problem

    any suggestions

    Hi Breakingout,

    percentages vary – because some agents take 5% and others 7% and there are other values aswell. electricity and costs also vary depending on the state and location and the energy company (ie. Origen) – they each have differing rates.
