    What kind of program do I run to manage the money when it starts to roll in. Any ideas.

    Hi Scullyman, I can’t help you directly, but I do recall several previous posts about software to manage your “millions!!!” You could try running a search using ‘software’ ‘rental software’ and similar to see what you come up with.

    Look at PIA as well.

    Both POSH & PIA are for assessing & managing property investments – for ACCOUNTING you will need to look into software like MYOB, Quicken or MS Money.
