    Hiya,

    I’m sure you’ve heard lately on the news that Jerrard&Stuk lawyer, Jonathan Cohen, has been representing parties wanting to recoup their deposit on Mirvac properties bought off-the-plan.

    I think this might be of importance to those who are unaware of the changes to the legislation. This one was meant to protect, but…..

    Mirvac lining the pollies pockets??? You be the judge [smash]. To me – Something smells [fart] off here.

    p.s. I didn’t buy off the plan but know of those who have. I just want it clear that it’s better to choose property wisely in the first place than to litigate afterwards when things go pear shaped.
