We are looking at wrapping it are also open to any less complicated ways of exiting if we can still cover costs.

Any ADVICE, SUGGESTIONS or INTEREST is EAGERLY anticipated!

    Cheers,

If you need to sell quickly, harbinger, you may have to *reduce* the price… not up it as with a wrap.

    nope[biggrin]

lets just say that our financial advice has been questionable and it makes more sense to sell at this time.

Some VALUABLE lessons learned though. [see good in the bad! [exhappy]]

This is too funny! you know, we could actually BUY this property before a Moderator comes along and shuts us down :o)

harbinger, I really wouldn’t mind having this property- how much ya asking?

*looks nervously at left column and sees no orange-coloured Moderators.* [upsidedown]

I am sorry for making light of something that could be serious for you.

putting a post on here like that would make people curious as to the price and the reason, adn you do seem a tad anxious….as Kay said

Just when you think its safe to get into water.

I am watching and ready with the ‘bid higher’ button.

Yeah, well, the name kay henry on an OTP in Melbourne wouldn’t look so credible either.

Oh look- Rugby’s here and he can actually *afford* it (as opposed to you and me, elves- no offence, but we’s poor).

    harbinger,
Your options would depend on how much you owe on the property, exactly how quickly you need to sell, how much you NEED for it.
You might be able to wrap it for market or undermarket value if you bought at a good enough price….
