    Does anyone invest in these areas? Any thoughts?

    Hi RussH,

    there have been some more than excellent returns of +CF in these areas so do the math – and if it adds up, go for it.

    From what I have seen Caravan Parks have small returns for the risk involved. I haven’t looked at Strata ones tho.
