    Looking at buying PPOR in the Umina Beach area.

    Was wondering if anybody has had any dealings or any usefull info that they can pass on.

    I’m in the same boat, se7en! Looking in this area (among others) for PPOR. We could be neighbours! Will be interested in where this thread goes.

    Ettalong, a neighboring suburb is going thru some major development with the construction of a tourist style resort.
    This should add value and interest to this relatively sleepy township.

    Hi,

    We have friends who live in Umina Beach and really like it there. It seems like a good family place with a nice beach and decent shopping centres etc. Can’t tell you much in regards to schooling as they only have a 3 year old, but it seems like a reasonable area to live.
