    Yes, that’s how I see you. A happy guy with a lot of knowledge to shares.

    BTW, regarding my FHOG, I spoke to my solicitor and he wrote 3 letters for me.
    1. Letter to extend the date for FHOG
    2. Letter to explain why I am not applied for it
    3. His letter to the commissioner.
