    Hi mortgage brokers and forumites
    Can anyone tell me who lends lo doc based on equity in home, without proof of income. I have a friend who has a loan against his home, a credit card and a car loan, wants to roll all into home loan (would be about 60% equity) but is not working due to illness at the moment.

    Can anyone suggest a lender to approach?

    Seriously I have a NODOC on my panel for a 65% lend.

    There is a minimum loan size and we would need some more detail.
