    There is an Investors Meeting next Thursday 18 March 2004 in Maitland.

    Everyone welcome.

    Meet Rachelle who, being part of the MAP program, bought the outstanding deal which produces $ 12,000 p.a. +ve net income for her (after making P&I payments !!) and which was mentioned by Steve McKnight in his recent TV appearance.

    I have attended several of these meetings and I think it worthwile to travel all the way from Sydney to attend.

    My mistake guys. Rachelle is actually raking in close to $ 30 K p.a. that is after making P&I payments.

    Not bad for one deal’s profits.
