    Hi guys,

Looking at Surry Hills and would appreciate some feedback. In particular, we are looking at the Central Station side of Surry Hills.Area definitely looks more dipilated and rougher that the bourke/crown street side.Mixed zoning for residential seems like a plus though

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Alpina,

Central station area isn’t the best area to invest in. Lots of units and drunks (worse than me). I would invest elsewhere not in that area, no tenants and low yields..it’s the things nightmares are made of

I work near central station. I never think Surry Hills is the best place to invest now because it’s dam expensive and very low yield, too close to the city or may be already member of the city or city fringe. I will never invest there, but that’s just my personal opinion.

    Warm Regards
