There have been multiple posts on this topic. Maybe people are a little bored answering multiple times.

I used to use Property Mananger Pro but have now upgraded my PC and lost the CD or disks.

Now I just use excel for my 4 properties. It gives me the same info I got from the other one.

    EZ Rent,

Correct me if I am wrong but your software seems to be more about analysis of profitability rather than management software for rental properties?

    Gday Simon

You are correct. But I have had some feedback from people asking to put basic cashflow tracking in per property and consolidated reports so I am going to incorporate this into it..

i bought posh and another property manager, just to assess them. tax deduction anyway.

Not had time to try, a lot involved inputting data to begin. I ahve yet to decide on certain aspects, more use necessary.

I dont have time to set up excel, did someone mention spreadsheets? templates?

    Hi Phil,

I just found a trial version of POSH at the Australian Property Investor magazine website.

    http://www.apimagazine.com.au/pages/magazine/software.html

There’s also a trial version of something called Property Manager Pro, possibly a similar sort of thing?

I haven’t tried either of them myself, I’m just a newbie and don’t have any properties of my own – yet.

    Regards, Michelle.

Thanks for the replies, the dificulty I have had is producing a format that is acceptable to the tax man, these days accountants are requesting more clarity because of complience to the tax department, I know first hand that the tax department are hot on the trail of property investors and substantiating losses which are being claimed, the penalities are very severe … thanks Simon things are fantastic … Regards Phil
