well the suburbs south of brisbane are still going pretty strong.
My sister lives in one and she said the houses are still selling within a few days of listing. Where a year ago they were 150k they are now over 210k, and she was shocked to find one listed across from her at well over 250k.Now for me, thats cheap compared to where i now reside.
I think the market has still got some selling
