Am brand new to this site.
Thanks Steve for info regarding FHOG details in Feb newsletter. At the end of it however you mentioned “not to get confused between criteria for PPOR”. I would be stoked to get some clarifcation on this as clear as the FHOG info provided.
I have a couple of deals in play at the moment with partners (not +$flow , just adding value and collecting chunks of cash on sale of these ones).
We are considering the possible advantages of living in these properties as we are flexible and willing to do so to ultimately help us progress on our wealth building journey’s.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.Regards
