I meant to post this weeks ago, Myer in Sydney City has 0 to 130 properties book for $20 (rrp $30). I bought one yesterday as a birthday gift for my girlfriend’s 20 years old daughter who shows some interested in learning about investment. She is reading heaps of books from library at the moment – I told her to do that first before launching straight to action.

I think you bought her one of best gifts money can buy – good on you – hope she succeeds in her endeavours.

    Kind Regards,

Is this a result of people loosing interest in the property market?

That’s a great price for the book!

Buy them all! 33% under market value! Plus they’re a collectors item [biggrin]

if you mean the book is $20 at Myer because the book has been around for a while…. um no. As I said earlier Myer offers a 33% discount on ALL of the best selling books in the top 10 or 20…

Actually…. Myer is the ONLY store to discount the book.

They do this with the aim of having a loss leading product (a book) and making the profit on other purchases such as clothing etc.

    Cheers,

Your book $23.87. !!! Good news is only one left on the shelf………..perhaps their going like hot cakes.

Quite frankly I bought the book full retail and I have no issues as I enjoyed the book.

    Well,

Big W hey? I didn’t know they had placed an order… still these guys are not booksellers as such.

At the time of writing I am unaware of any book chain that has discounted it. Still, it’s sure to happen eventually though.

    Thanks for the heads up…

    Bye,

    Steve,

We bought another copy last week…. ( HEY !!! I still couldn’t find any magic pill… hehehe…. maybe they are only in the full priced versions….. )

We are actually giving it to the person on our “team” who is a banker……. After seeing what we do, his eyes lit up….. and now they lend us $$$$

I’m now listening to your wealthtips online tape set….. quite funny !!! you were talking about having 50 houses, so they must be old…….

You also mentioned MAY 9th. 2004 as your target….. are you there yet ???

    Cheers

    Hi Steve,

bought them on E-BAY !!! Think they were in the antiques section [lmao]

The one thing though, that I found good, was a lot of your concepts / plans have not changed, and it is good to see that you’ve progressed…

I also got wealthguardian there !!!!

We ourselves ( the Pelicans ) have not stopped the continued learning we started and, think it’s fair to say, share a lot of the same values you do…..

    Cheers

I picked up a copy at Myers. Used a voucher (Other peoples money) so I was happy. Speaking of saving $$$ took a few things on board about budgeting (knew that I had to budget but ’till now did nothing). Within half an hour saved $130 a year on rego and internet. That is a days pay that stays in my pocket and I am not doing without

    Hi Henry,

I’m working on book #2 right now.

My publisher is horse whipping me to have it ready for an early October release.

I’ve been very conscious to write a lot of new material, yet presented in the same format as ‘0 to 130’.

    Keep an eye out…

$20 bucks at K-Mart? Shesh, what’s the world coming to?

BTW, don’t forget the free bonus chapter at: https://www.propertyinvesting.com/bonuschapter.html

    Cheers,

Yeah, i know, i expected to pay at least $80 for the first book.

I informed myself that it would be at least $80, i thought 90. To Your credit. It was cheap.
