Hi there, has anyone read the book called ?nothing down?? When I read Steve’s book, I noted that he mentioned the book called “Nothing down”, I read it, and found it is very good. There are some questions I want to discuss with anyone who had read ?Nothing down?.

I am currently doing a deal worth ultimately $20,000,000 with nothing down.. It could be worth more but it’s not going to be worth much less.
It can be done… And banks will give you the money to do it with no Financials on you either..
Tis all in the way you put it forwards.
