    Does anyone know of a good agent
    I hvae jut spoken to one agent who said
    too busy to look after property from somone out of town
    recovery

    Wow. That’s a bit rich!! I use Earth Works. Don’t have their details at the moment, but they’re a two person office and really easy to deal with. Have only used them for two months though![:)]

    before I brought the IP I phone around and asked all the right questions[:p]
    yes there was a shortage of properties for rent
    I never asked if they would beable to look after it
    or the cost invovled, ([:(]I assumed that they would be keen to look after it and have the standard fee b/w 7-10%)
    learn somthing from every deal

    I thought it is interesting that people are saying cant find PI that are postive cashflow when I found some in this town and other towns without too much effort[^]
    I have been looking for a while, when something comes along I dont waste any time

    Hey recovery

    I saw a few too when I was up there, but am hamstrung with finances at the moment. Might be good to get another one sometime so it’s not such a long trip just for one IP.

    Hey recovery

    I actually bought this one site unseen, and was having a look when up that way to look at one near Gunnedah that my Uncle bought – also site unseen! [:)]

    I did have pest inspection and building inspection done.

    Having been there now, and knowing a lot more about the areas, I would definitely consider buying again.

    i brought my ones unseen after pest reports etc
    I was in coonabarabran about 4 years ago and it was a nice countyr town, good to get another investors views
    looking forward to seeing the place and my IP’s soon
