    Is 10 yrs the longest IO period available in OZ currently?

    I have seen 15 (I think St George), but I am sure there are many others.

    Steve,

    You know, in reality there are interest only facilities you can obtain where if your account conduct is fine, the facilities will be renewed every year.

    An LOC is IO for as long as required.
