    Hi All,

    Yes Broulee (Batemans Bay Area) has been a successful capitol return as per most of the east cost I suppose. But a success story;

    Bought out my business patner’s half share of a 3 bedder house on a corner of Heath and Grant st Broulee 2 years ago for total market value of $140k by a certified evaluator. 2 years to this date it is now valued at $395k+.

    The area is in demand of rentals. In six years I have had a new tenant each year without a single week lost in rent.

    My only concern is that the prices may have peaked for the area.

    Would love to know of others rental demand secret spots.

    In logan central, QLD eventhough there are a lot of investors buy up there, but still a lot rental demand at this stage. I never have any problem with my rental there.

    Warm Regards
