Hi guys and gals, I am a newie here and am reading with great interest your web and am almost finished the book. I am excited that finally what i have sort of known all of these years about real estate is true and i am going to put what i have alway called my gut instinct to the test and now step outside my comfort zone and do what i always new could be done. i just needed someone to support my theory and that came in the way of your book. Now it is just a matter of working out the best way to do it. do i sell the my home (i want to move anyway) keep it, etc etc etc. so i will watch on with interest and learn some more on the way. thanks for a great read and now a great site.[^]
Welcome Debs, as you mention, the more you learn, the less mystery property investment holds. (It not rocket science really!). Just need to forearm yourself with knowledge.
