    Anyone know where I can find a decent rental property evaluation tick sheet to help out a novice property buyer such as myself? You know the sort of thing – what to look out for, what to ask, etc.

    I’m about to travel to NZ to get my positive cashflow career on the road so any help would be much appreciated!

    I got all my templates from Steve’s “Buyer Beware” (https://www.propertyinvesting.com/resources/1.html) which I would highly recommend.

    Not only does it have templates but lots of useful advice.
