I am vey new to +cf IP as I only have a -ve cf IP. I have been trying to buy +cf IP since reading Steve’s book lat year but have been unable to find them Melbourne except hotel (CBD) and Quest appt. I just joined in this forum 2 weeks ago trying to read through as much as I can. I came across the term Spotter. I am just wondering who are they? Spotting +cf IP for us? If yes, what are the fees? Can someone please explain it. Thank you very much.

Are you considering buying in a particular area? Some areas are extremely hard to come by +ve properties. Other areas have many.
Sometimes you just need to use some creativity to turn a -ve into a +ve property.
