I haven’t, but I will buy it. there has been a bit of feedback elsewhere on this site that it’s a great book. For other good books, Leigh K has compiled a list

    Hi,

I’ll go in to bat for Geoff.

He’s a nice, down to earth guy with broad experience and very useful ideas.

Buy his book and if you’re into renos, go to his seminar too.

    Bye,

    Steve McKnight

    Hi

I have been to Geoff and Paul Eslick’s Reno Kings seminar and thought it was great. As Steve said they are down to earth guys, and their passion for property is infectious.

You can’t go wrong with Geoff’s book, between the 2 of them about $20m in about 8 years(not bad) so they have the experience.

Just one thing. Buy it. Sorry, just two things. Buy 10 golden rules and also Secrets of Property Investments. Both are dirt cheap and excellent, with certain specifics that I have not read elsewhere. Two truly “must reads”

    Hello Brendon,
I was considering doing the reno king workshop but I am mechanically challenged, its a genetic thing. I have even turned roses into lawn using my mower. Were the instructions simple to follow? To my understanding he adds rooms with some of his renos.

    Regards
