Found this web site while surfing today and thought it was pretty good. Does anyone else know of it and what do you think?

I have only ever known about realestate.com and property.com.

    http://www.yourestate.com.au

Could be a challenger to the big two.

just when realestate.com had become the standard… do we really want to confuse the issue with yet another site?

Just for you info, from an agants point of view they only charge $22 per month for as many listings as you want. realestate.com charges $300 per month.

If a lot more people new about it and agents used it more, it could be very good given the chance and a few modifications.

And then the agents charge individual vendors upwards of $100 pm to have a liting on these sites.

    Nice little earner there!

Don’t know what other agents do or if they even charge?, I know I don’t and would think it to be a normal operational cost.

Does anyone know anything about Hans Jakobi? I came across his website http://www.realestatesecrets.com.au and noticed he is selling a coarse for approx $3K on investing in Pos CF properties. Has anyone done this coarse?

    Hi Guys,
I sold my PPoR in April 2003. The real estate agent said it only cost $50 to advertise on realestate.com. That’s all he charged me on our itemised bill too.
Possibly it’s gone up with all the added interest it gets now.
    Cheers,
    Sue [:)]

I went to about Volume 9 and found this remarkable learning promise.

I guess any information regarding property investment depends on how much you wish to pay for the real “learning” value it provides to you and your circumstances.
