Hi everyone, I have a LOC, and say that I have used about 60% of it for investments.
Should I leave the rest in there just as a back-up and safety amount or do you think it is safe to take out up to 75%?
I suppose you’e gonna say it is a personal choice, but just interested what you all think.
Mbe someone had bad experiences taking too much out of their LOC and I’d like to hear about that.[:)]

    hi Celivia,
I think it depends for what purpose you are drawing out the extra money.
Is it for further investment or personal use? Personal use could cause some taxation complications. Although this can be overcome with careful organization of the debt.
If you are comfortable sevicing the extra debt, then go for it…..I guess it comes down to personal choice [;)] and doing those awful sums…
    Cheers,
    Sue [:)]
