Sorry about first post I put in the smile and then message was gone!
Well we have just about finished our first reno!
New garden, new kitchen, new bathroom, new double carport etc.
The only down side is that we went there last week to find some low life had pulled out of the ground 12 new plants along the driveway!
They must want them to sell at the market!
Anyway we now have put up a garden fence! Have now planted behind the fence!
Take a look at our pices and any “positive” comments appreciated!!!!!!!!
Actually I can handle constructive negative comments!

Well done – We have just recently purchased in Ipswich and will be doing some renovation prior to renting house.
This was just the inspiration needed.
Did you do most of the work yourselves? This is our aim.
Are you planning to sell or hold?
    Congratulations,
    [:)] Shelley

Congratulations, what others would’ve seen as a problem you’ve seen as a potential for gains..[^]

For interest sake, what costings were involved, and how have you done out of the deal ?
do you plan to sell ?
or keep as an IP ??

Wish you well on your next ‘reno-rescue’ [:D]
