    Hi
    I am looking at possibly purchasing a property (zoned industrial), with a seperate home and business premise on the same title.
    My current lender & others such as RAMs etc tell me it is outside their charter.

    Can any of you learned “forumites” point me in the right direction?

    I currently have 2 x properties worth $275 000+, I owe $70 000 on these. The potential property is $310 000, of which I want to borrow the lot plus legal expenses.
