    Hi everybody,

    new in the game of property investing and would like some advise from you all.

    Is it advisable to have an accountant based overseas or homeland if property is bought overseas ?. does anybody know of any good accountants in Perth, WA.

    i am in the process of buying an IP in Nz, would like to know of any pitfalls and issues which i may need to be aware of.

    any bit of advise or thoughts is welcome.

    I think you would be better off trying to find an accountant in NZ since they have different laws and know how the taxation works in NZ where you will be paying the tax

    no knowledge of accountant but a lot of aussie accountant don’t know the tax laws o/s so won’t advise
