    Hi,

Just wondering if there are other countries which allow investors in to buy property with a minimum of fuss like new zealand and the US. It seems that most people can buy relatively easily overseas – given the right set up.

    cheers,

    Hi bluecat,
    Welcome to forum!

I am not sure but I don’t think we can buy every where like China, UAE etc. You have to be citizen in some countries to buy properties there. I think one can do partnership with local and buy.

    Cheers

    Hi PropertyGuru,

Thanks for that. Is that because of different laws to ownership? Or because they don’t like outside investors?

    cheers,

I think Its not only laws for properties but in general they have different laws like for example one can’t become citizen in Kuiwait even if you born there. I will be interested to know more from other people here.

    Cheers

    Hi,

i know a few people own property in other countries but like you say most have citizenship or passport from that country. I’d be interested to know the laws to ownership of other countries or people’s experience with it

    cheers,
