Has the recent flooding affected anyone on the forum, with regard to any property they own?.
Certain areas in Brisbane have been affected including Woolloongabba which is a known flood area, a house my brother owned went under to about 2 metres.
None of my homes have been affected (touch wood), what is the likely cost to fix the property should it be flooded above floor level.
    Any stories?.
What areas do you know of have flooded recently and how bad was the damage.

I`m going up there on Monday to deliver a new stove(actually two, one to Bundy also) to my tenants, I might even look to buy another house while I`m there!, but only if they meet my one second rule!.[;)]
