Hey everyone,
Just returned from an OS trip, and have a very a nice collection of 2 dozen emails from some really nice people who want to use my bank account do deposit their 15 million US dollars into…
Apparently i will get 1.5 million out of it….
Anyway seriously… is there a Gov’ Body i can fwd these emails to?? erasing them just seems to easy!
Wonder what would happen if i gave them a new account i had just opened, say with 20 cents in it?

ASIC deals with this sort of thing and has much info on their website about these scams

But it has been my experience that it is a waste of time contacting them.I once lost 40 big ones in a scheme that turned out to be a scam,and even though it was under their umbrella,they did nothing to help me.I would just delete the emails and forget it,but that’s just my opinion!Tools
