Has anyone here purchased or used Dolf’s REAP software for evaluating potential house purchases ?

I’ve been eyeing the program for some time now, but wanted to see if anyone had comments before taking the plunge…

Not that I think Dolf is BS, it’s just that I’ve bought a few programs in my time, that just weren’t for me.

    Cheers

    Scotty,
I asked the same question after looking on Dolf’s website and after seeing some software in the last API mag. Check this link out for previous discussions on the subject. Hope it helps you out!

Yep I have REAP, also have POSH and other software that is cheaper and does much the same thing. Whilst it’s good I would probably say there is other software offering better value.

    cheers

    WAF & Jack,

    Thanks for the feedback.

WAF – So what would you recommend, if starting over ? And, in your opinion, do these packages show you anything extra to say to you “wow this is a good/bad deal” or is it just BS ???

Jack – I looked at yr posting, but it seems not much advice on actual programs and what people got out of them.

I’ve looked at a few packages, but what I want is something to maybe show me if a property is a good deal or not ( non wrap )

    Cheers & Thanks

    Scott
