    Hiya All,

    Has anyone entered into a JV with anyone on the forum before that they did not know originally?

    If so, would anyone have a copy of a JV contract that they made up…or know where I could find one I could view to assist me in setting up a potential JV investment contract?

    Any thoughts?

    We have a type of joint venture with my brother in law.
    We got the loan in our name but we each pay $52 per week towrds expenses etc.

    When house is sold we each get 50/50 profits.
    Now he is interstate and does nothing so he is virtually a silent money partner.

    We drew up our own agreement which said both to agree when property is to be sold etc and it was witnessed.
    Very simple and it has worked so far.

    We are looking to do another JV on another property that we have just renovated so if anyone is interested watch for my post under JV
