Jim McKnight’s Ordinary Millionaires is a good read,
as is Jan Somers’ Building Wealth – Story by Story.

Both tell the stories of ordinary Australians making
    a go of property.

young learner, there was a post started by ian_from_brisbane a while ago where he listed all the books (some anyway) he had read, and rated them, and a few others did too.

If you have a search for it, you could get some useful information.

    Cheers

Go to your local newsagent buy ‘Property Investors Magazine’. The last 10 pages or so of the book listed all types of investing books ie. Property, Shares Investing, tax and so on.
