    Another too is,

Lets say your new to the property investment game, you might have a property, but you might not exactly know the ins and outs of an IP work . A $240k property that is 1 title with 4 units, to a sydney sider/resident, will think this is the deal of a life time, as they know in Sydney prices for anything near or like this could be over the $1 million dollar mark to purchase in Sydney.

To this person, this would looke like a deal of a life time, and a deal this good to them, they dont have time to think, but to sign the contract and make sure its secured before someone else purchases it.

    Cheers,
    sis

A pity his market is pensioners and that the guy was a criminal- i’d certainly think about it if it weren’t for those two tiny things :o(

Further more, when they signed the contract. It’s actually no contract but just a piece of paper with linked to other info hidden, I don’t know what’s in their and I don’t care if I don’t buy.

sis, most people are pretty savvy these days about property investment, and sydneysiders are not gonna give away 240K for nothing.

It all depends on if you want to deal with the man or not. but 240k for 4 (NEW) units on one title is not too bad.

Correction 4 Old Units not new.

But there are thousand of deals that he’s offer.

    For examples.
    1. 4x2br Units x 7
    2. 12x2br Units x 2
    3. Old house
    4. At less hundred of home and land packages
    5. Hotel deal
    6. Factory deal
    .
    .
    and so on.

    Warm Regards

That’s what i asked a few posts ago chan- were they new units….

One of the guys from the VO coy that I first spoke to told me the units in wagga would only live for about 5 more years- must have been dilapidated.

So do they charge *all* the pensioners 125 bucks? what if they live in old or new premises?

    Kay,

the $240k 4x2br Units is just one of the many deal. There are for example you can buy 1 lot for $85k and you can built 3x2br villa in it. Total cost is vary depend how big is the lot.

The deal is 10% return of purchase price if you buy for example $410k 12x2br then your return is 41kpa where as the pensioners will pay more than 10% of the return. the $10 per unit is not alway the case some is more and some is much much more. Who know how much more?

    Deb,

I hope this doesn’t sound rude, but did you actually read all the posts? It’s a pretty comprehensive report.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this post, 13 pages already!!!
What I’m still curious about is, did you go to places with a population of only a few thousand, or was the population in every place reasonable? E.g. were there places under say 5000 that you visited?

    Hi Celivia,

Actually we did, we went to Harden, and they have a population of 3000 ppl or so, Very small country town i will admit, if you were driving by, fast enough, you couldnt afford to blink. [;)]

Though with the trip, you learnt heaps about each town and it was worth the learning knowledge, though i couldnt picture myself living out so far in those areas.

    Cheers,
    sis

Come on Kay, only 285 hits to make the 4,000 mark.

Between the two of us I think we can keep the masses interested enough to keep hitting the thread to look how our latest tussle is developing. [:X]

    >>I think I’ve looked at this post up to ten times!<<

What ? Just sitting on the fence seeing who gets a bloodied nose ?

Why not jump into the melee. it is only a paper fight. No-one gets physically hurt.
