    Hi Steve,
    just read your 0-130 Properties Book, and logged on tonight for first time. We were part of the 92%er’s as we had 3 Negative Geared properties in Sydney. Have just sold 1, and will offload the other 2 soon. Why did we sell – Simple! We ran out of cash each month to pay the 3 mortgage payments once interest rates went up!!

    Consider us CONVERTS to Postive Gearing, after reading your book!

    In the Email Newsletter we got tonight, you talk about a Free simple planning tool, and last year’s Christmas present – a simple financial calculator Where do we find these on this web site???????

    Great Book, and excellent Discussion forum! Well done.
