It’s not much of a book. It’s written by a chappie who failed big time to make it in real estate selling and then wrote a small time book to get revenge.

This is just my opinion – sort of like the real estate equivalent of a sad Shakesperian tragedy.

It’s hard to find because there weren’t many printed, it was self-published and it lasted in the shops for about as long as it takes to say going, going, gone.

I have a copy which I used to prop up a short leg on a desk in my husband’s office at home.

As a favour to you, I just slipped a copy of a Craig Turnbull book under the desk leg and so can give you Mr Tigani’s last known phone number. It’s 07 378 8729. His address was listed as PO Box 547, Kenmore, Qld.

    Cheers

    Bec

P.S. I have just had a quick flick through it and it’s worse than I remember.

Here’s a typical extract of the sort of rivetting information it contains –

“The real estate section in daily newspapers is a good source of information.”

    And try this one –

“If the agent at the inspection has a brochure handy, take one.”

    And this –

“The majority of property buyers need to borrow money in order to buy.”

These are the best pieces I could find.

    Rebecca,

Enjoyed your review more than the original book!

    Hi rebecca,

Wow, i thought it was a very good book. Cos I spoke with a property investor who made a lot of money, and he told me one of the book that he learned some of his special strategies was from that book.
    :(

    Did it really cost $200+?
