    If you don’t know what jandals, chilly bins, push chairs, lemon and Paeroa, or buzz bars are, then you should not be investing in New Zealand.

    i don’t know what lemon and paeroa is (i guess some sorta drink), but i know a good deal when i see it.[:)]

    but i agree i would buy there without first going and have a look.

    So you have had a buzz bar on ice then huh?

    Quiet ’round here at present. Everyone out Saturday night partying? Or do folk use their work computers to squizzy over the board during the working week and have to wait until Monday morning to see what the heck has happened the other two days?
