I have been looking for properties that meet the 11 second rule and have found it difficult to locate? Where is the place to look? Any hints?[

The best way to learn how to find deals is to do a search on all the posts.
The search link is at the top of the page. You might not find too many specific areas, but you should pick up some hints on how to locate properties for yourself.
