    My name is Grant and I am looking to acquire my first investment property. I have been looking at regional Victoria but am struggling to find positively geared property intaht area. I have also been looking at Tasmania. If anyone could shed some light on this I would be greatly appreciative.

    The best advice I can give to you is to read back through a lot of the posts on this forum. This has been discussed any number of times, and you’ll find you get some valuable information.
