No seriously, you’re right it is a nice place. I have friends there and I like stirring them too about not being able to pick which side of the border they are going to inhabit!!! [tongue]

    Howdy all,

I’m a Sydney boy born and bred. Now living with my wife at the nice sleepy beach side suburb of North Narrabeen. House is 800m from the beach and 400m from the lake.

Property here, like the rest of Sydney, is pretty expensive though and yields are miniscule. I keep checking my postcode medians (2101) and think anywhere on Sydney’s Northern Beaches is probably a good long term investment.

    Ciao,
    Michael.

Maybe some of the other Sunshine Coast forumites would like to catch up somewhere central?

    PM me if you’re interested.

C.K, Scremin and other fellow forumites from WA lets get a meeting organised.

Meeting once every two months would be pretty good, I suppose we can discuss that at the first meeting.

    Cheers,
    Doug

I can see it now- The WA Mappers! (WAppers?)
Maybe Steve would be willing to add his two-penneth-worth.
