    Hi Guys

Im currently in Clarkson, WA about 30Km’s from CBD but I have purchased an apartment off the plan in Northbridge. I will begin my property investing after I have sold my first house, so until then I will keep reading and learning.

By the way what do people think about buying off the plan?? I know in Steve’s book it is discussed and the person involved said they would never do it again but i planned on this being my PPOR.
    Suggestions??
