    Hi All!

I am a newey at this site and am blown away by some of the great info that others have posted here. I have tried to copy and paste some of the great advice into a word doc but to no avail.

Can someone please give me some feedback on why this does not seem to be possible.

    Very much appreciated

This is not the greatest solution but does get you what you want. Unless some has a better idea.

    Right click on the thread.
    Choose export to excel.
    Highlight the text you want.
    Copy and paste into word.
Highlight the cells and right click.
    Choose merge cells.

It will all appear in one cell.

    Cheers

    Thanks for the advice Leigh.
I followed your instructions and am on the last step, which is, “choose merge cells”. I cannot locate this on the drop down menu when i right click.
Thanks once again for your input!

Why not just print out what you want?

One other thing you might try is to select the text you want, open up your word document then click on Paste Special located under the Edit list. You will get a pop up box asking you about the format. Choose the one called Formatted Text (RTF).

    Hey jcarlos65 and welcome,
When youcopy from here and go into word. Go to Edit, and then Paste Special, and then select RTF (Rich Text Format).

    Hope this helps.
