Just wanting an opinion from anyone who’s in the know on these things – what is the average difference in value or price between a strata unit and a company title? I know that generally company sells for quite a bit less, but how much is a bit? 5K, 15K, 50K???
Eg Say a strata property in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney is selling for $500K. What would you expect the price to be if it was a company title?
The reason I’m asking is because I’m thinking of making an offer on a company property, but the only properties in the area I have to compare with in recent sales are all strata. Therefore, not sure what offer to make.
