If you rent a IP for example at $100 a week and the tennant that week pays $150 ($50 in advance ) that the property manager charges say %8 on the $150 and not the $100 for that week.
$8 for $100
$12.5 for $150Dom

sorry to point this out but 8% of 150 is $12…if the tenant then only paid $50 for the next week your fee would be $4…

Yes you are right rob it is $12,and i should encourage my tennants to not pay in advance LOL. [
]Comdom – as robertv says, I’m not sure how you lose out. At the end of the month (or year) you’re still only paying 8% of the total rent.
