    Howdy,
    As wraps cant be done here in Adelaide. I am interested in what people have found to be the best investing strategy for positive cashflow. Any help would be much appreciated

    G`day Bowen, I too have been disapointed to discover that wraps can`t be done in S.A. However positive investment is possible in regional S.A. I have several I.P.`s in Pt. Pirie that are +`ve. Although the boom that is happening in Adelaide is here also, there are still properties that are selling for < 100k returning $120/$140 wk.

    Hi,

    I’m from Adelaide too.

    There appear to be some regional propeties that would be +ve on a “buy & hold” strategy.

    As the RE market is softening, there may be more opportunities from now on.
