    Ok, It almost time for me to settle my HK property. Do you guys think there will be problems in obtaining finance due to the fact the property is connected to Henry Kaye? secondly how close to settlement should i change the names on the contract. at the moment its my name &/or nominee, i want to put 2 other names on do i need to change the name within a certain period before settlement?

    please help

    Shouldn’t be problems financing a property if the numbers stack up OK.

    Why do you need to change the title? The rules are different in each state so you may need to call your land titles office or state revenue office to find out.

    I think you must nominate someone within 14 days of settlement. please check with your solicitor. And I hope your property has grown in value. What was the settlement period? Is it Oasis?

    cool thanks guys ill speak with my solicitor. Its not oasis, Id rather not say which development as it may incriminate me lol
