    G’day Investors….

Don’t think for one minute you must pay a huge premium for an option to buy.

We rented a property as the market was falling in Canberra. I took a 2 year conventional lease at market rates…low… and requested an option to purchase at any time durung the two years Fora $1.
    Option Premium.

We met with our solicitors in a hotellounge for a drink or two while they argued .. I stood my ground and they relented. Then came the embarrsing bit… I had a few small coins left in my pocket…short of a dollar…. .85c to be precise so I asked my solicitor for the .15c

And I refuse to repay him so I can claim to have “bought an option for less than a dollar”
Over the next couple of years don’t be surprised as to the deals you can make with a bit of creativity….. Buyers Market is in the making… just don’t rush it.

Happy Negotiating…. never carry money…and have a poker face.
