Has anyone had dealings with Rental Options? They provide/d a rental guarantee insurance for the first 6 months of newly built IP’s. I signed up with them last year through Selcroft Realtors in Melbourne for an IP then to be built NW Melbourne.
IP handover 31/3/03 but took 4 1/2 months to get tenant. Have had great difficulty getting money due and hard to contact. Are in Broadbeach Qld, address is post box, phone no is 1300….I would appreciate any information on them, especially a street address etc.G’day…
With a PO Box No at Broadbeach…I don’t like your chances. I’d be going back to the Agents in Vic. unless they are gone too.
Doesn’t sound like a good investment does it?
