    Personal Investor listed hotspots such as Uni of Dunedin, Hamilton, Bay of the Plenty…student town of Invercargill with SIT students.

    Does anyone know where to find NZ properties online? Anything similar with realestate.com.au?

    I am beginning to think that the benefits of investing in NZ (no stamp duty, land teax etc) outweighs investing in Australia.

    I would appreciate your views on this.

    Hi Lawry,

    If you use the search function, you should find heaps of stuff on NZ sites and towns.

    Just be aware, as an offshore investor there are taxation issues.

    Start there for properties and they will lead you to more RE’s from their listings.

    Del’s right though…make sure you go in with your eyes open.
